By chance or fate, you've found my website, and I'm glad you did. Thank you for exploring what I have to share with the world. Most people can't say they are working in their dream job, but I can. I've dreamt of being a photographer since I was little; disposable cameras and Polaroids were my favorites. After high school, I used my graduation money to buy my first professional camera, and my photography journey began.
This is my creative and safe space to share the places I've been and the people I've met. I've decided to not only create a photography business but also integrate my art into it. Most days, I work at Spokane Public Schools, navigating the beautifully chaotic real world. By night and on weekends, I am an artist and photographer. I staunchly believe that life is too short to worry about whether something might seem silly or what others might think.
I thrive in deep, romantic, and moody tones. I love creating custom hand-painted backdrops, vibrant paper flowers, unique portrait outfits, and extraordinary props. I embrace alternative wedding styles that break traditional norms. When we collaborate, you’re not just hiring someone to press a shutter button; you’re getting someone who will challenge your wildest ideas, stand firmly in your corner, and ensure you feel completely unapologetic about who you are.

Communication is a vital part of the photography experience, regardless of the type of session we’re planning. Before we meet for a more involved session, I like to connect with my clients via phone call or FaceTime. This initial conversation gives me a chance to dive deeper into your vision and understand exactly what you're hoping to achieve. It’s especially helpful for sessions that require more planning than a straightforward mini session. I want to make sure that all your questions are answered and that you feel comfortable and excited about our time together, which ultimately contributes to a smoother session.
When it comes to conducting my photography sessions, my approach is designed to be casual and enjoyable, even for those who may feel unsure about how they’ll come across in photos. I typically provide a variety of fun prompts that encourage gentle movement and interaction, particularly when working with groups. These prompts help create a relaxed atmosphere, leading to spontaneous laughter and genuine smiles—those authentic moments that truly shine in photographs. My goal is to capture the essence of each individual and the connections between people, ensuring that every image reflects the joy and authenticity of the experience.
